About the Vehicle Mutation
The non-visible chassis is a modified electric golf cart- frame lengthened and battery deck relocated to the rear. The original body parts completely removed, seating all remodelled from original.
The exterior bears no resemblance to a golf cart. Rather, it is a little cartoon-like house with garish colors, a peaked roof, house style siding, windows with shutters and flower boxes. There is even a mailbox and a clothesline! Wood and metal tube framing forms the inner structure of the "house" with originally fabricated features. A table-like surface at the front features a detailed BRC map.
Yes yes... the wheels are obscured.
Lighting Plans
High bright multi color LED strip lighting is added along all body lines, sides, roof line and main features of the vehicle. These lights flash, strobe and phase. For the 2.0 version, tiny LED strobes and additional LED lighting will be added to the exterior. Enhanced lighting to the large BRC map at the front as well as additional exposed areas of the interior. Another addition will be red LED ground effect lighting. For night driving safety, three headlights illuminate the direct front and indirect front- flank headlights offer strobe effects. Twin red tail lights.
Mutant Vehicle Intent
Phunhouse 2.0 has three primary intents- as moveable art, as a public conveyance and as public service. The visual intent can be described as "Eye Fun' and includes toys and noise makers. The mv regularly invites BRC citizens the opportunity to hop from place to place as it travels the city. Because of it's small size, it can easily navigate narrow spaces safely. Besides the driver, it has a 2-3 passenger capacity including a convenient rear jump seat. As a service to citizens Phunhouse 2.0 provides a large detailed map of BRC at it's front allowing us to guide wayward or lost burners, or help them locate locations and features. Additionally, we carry extra maps and information about art and activities to help citizens enhance their participation.

Phunhouse is a multi passenger yet small mutant vehicle. Capacity 1 driver and 3-4 passengers. The base is an electric cart that was chopped and reframed specifically for use as a MV. Brilliantly painted and festooned with absurdities, it serves as a piece of moving art, a public conveyance and a guide for lost burners through a detailed BRC map on a table like surface at the front.
